My name is Christie Templeton. With over 20 years of experience as a business analyst, I’ve had the honor of working with some of the world’s most recognized organizations, including DirecTV, Sony PlayStation, Manatt Phelps & Phillips LLP, Toyota, Amgen Pharmaceuticals, the City of Austin, TSA and DHS, UCLA, Keystone Automotive, LKQ, Unisys, Sinclair Communications, and Clear Channel. 

These roles allowed me to develop a deep understanding of business operations, employee engagement, and how to align organizational goals with individual needs to drive success.

As someone who has personally experienced menopause, I understand the profound impact it can have—not just on individuals but on the workplace as a whole. My unique combination of professional expertise and firsthand experience has given me a rare perspective: I see both the challenges employees face and the missed opportunities businesses encounter when menopause-related issues go unaddressed.

To address this gap, I took the time to develop comprehensive surveys, targeted training programs, and wellness-at-work workshops. These initiatives are designed to make the workplace more inclusive and supportive for women navigating menopause while also helping companies meet their goals. By integrating my professional insights with my personal journey, I’ve created resources that empower women to thrive at work and enable businesses to benefit from a more engaged and productive workforce.
