Service Components
Phase 1: Surveys Distribution
Once you select the surveys for your organization, we will prepare and provide links for your staff to complete. Each survey takes approximately 2–5 minutes to complete and can be completed individually within a predetermined timeframe, typically 3–5 days.
Phase 2: Data Collection
All survey responses will be collected and analyzed by me to generate detailed reports tailored to your organization.
Phase 3: Reporting
We will deliver comprehensive reports with charts, graphs, and spreadsheets summarizing the data. If requested, we can provide an analysis of open-ended responses.
Additionally, we offer professional recommendations to address areas needing improvement. The results can be delivered via downloadable documents and presented virtually through a video meeting or, for an additional fee, in person onsite.
